My new home

When we got back to my new home, I was taken on a walk with another malamute called Tala..... she wasnt very welcoming but once I was told her story I understood she had had a rough start in life too.... my new mummy rescued her last year.....

This is Tala

We didn't immediately see eye to eye whilst in the house but really enjoyed walks together......

I now live on the mouth of the Thames estuary, which means lots of long beach walks

As long as I don't stick my nose where it is not wanted Tala doesn't grumble at me

I am extremely strong on a lead but with this head collar on I walk alot better.... mum says Tala was the same and after 6 months she walks nicely at heel.... I just have to learn

I see what Tala means............ mum has no taste in hats

I now live with.................... these strange animals
........... apparently they are called cats...... AND there are 6 of them..... there is a big mean tom cat called Charlie.... we have had run ins already.... he protects all the girls..... Mum does shout at me to leave.... but I think they will be good fun to chase.

I am confused, my waggy tail means that I am glad to see them..... but their waggy tails mean I get a boxed nose..... How does that work??

More adventures to follow....... x
